Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at xtrajoint1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Unless the return was due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
